Delivery fee
Delivery fee is HK$30 per order regardless of order quantity. Free delivery will be applied automatically to your order in checkout for purchase amount over HK$300.
Coverage of delivery
We ship to the address within Hong Kong including most of the commercial areas, industrial areas and residential areas. (Not including PO. box address, Kat O, Grass Island, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Po Toi, Ta Kwu Ling, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, closed areas in airport, Sha Tau Kok and Lok Ma Chau)
Shipping time
In normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after placed. Orders are expected to arrive 3-5 working days after order confirmation.
Shipping method
Orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express or local registered mail by Hong Kong Post Office. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the depot. The courier may contact you over the phone to arrange a re-delivery or pick up at depot at your convenience. As for Hong Kong Post Office, a notification card will be left, and you can collect the mail from the designated post office.
