EXCHANGE and REPAIR

Exchange Policy

Regular price items purchased at Mimosa physical or online stores may be permitted for a one time exchange per receipt if returned:

- within 7 days upon purchase

- with receipt or proof of purchase.  Each receipt is allowed for one time exchange only

- in resalable condition in original packaging


Goods sold are not refundable. No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotion items.

 

All earrings products including ear cuffs are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene.

Process of Exchange

Customer can come to Mimosa store to exchange the product.  If customer decide to exchange the product by shipping, please contact us by email hello@mimosafa.com.hk or tel.: 852 3481 1567 before exchange.

Customer should bear the shipping cost for returning the item to Mimosa store and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.  If the returned item is eligible for exchange, we will inform customer and arrange shipping of replacement.  Customer should bear the shipping cost from Mimosa to his/her receiving address.
